Order & Exchange Policy

1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please ensure you are confident in your selection before completing your purchase.

2. Mandatory Package Opening Video

To be eligible for an exchange due to a damaged or incorrect item, a clear, uninterrupted video of the package being opened from start to finish is required.
The video must:

Show the outer packaging clearly

Capture the full unboxing process

 Clearly display the issue (damage or wrong item)

📌 Claims submitted without this video will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Only – No Refunds

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Wrong item received

All claims are subject to verification by our team.

If the same item is available, it will be replaced.

If unavailable, store credit will be issued for the item’s value.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

⛔ Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

4. Color Disclaimer

Colors may appear differently across devices (phones, tablets, monitors).
We recommend thoroughly reviewing:

Product images, Descriptions and Measurements before placing your order.

5. Non-Returnable / Not Considered Damage

The following do not qualify for exchange:

Natural weaving/dyeing irregularities inherent to hand loom or handcrafted products

Slight color differences due to camera, lighting, or screen/display settings

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

1.     Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofgirivastraa@gmail.com. Share your order details and the mandatory unboxing video.

2.     Our team will review and respond with the next steps within 24–48 hours.
